Magnificent manor house with annex, located on a hill overlooking the Umbrian countryside and breathtaking views of the Sismano Castle, an imposing fortification of medieval origin. The complex has evocative, valuable landscape and panoramic features and is immersed in the greenery of a land of about 13 hectares, among olive trees and vineyards. Easily accessible through provincial roads.
The main house is arranged over four floors: Two basements, ground floor and first floor. It is a large Villa with fine finishes, in the floors, in the decorations, in the fireplaces, in the thermal break windows and with armored doors.
From the main door on the ground floor you enter a large windowed and sunny lounge, which on the right leads to a living room and bedroom with bathroom while on the left to a service bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The whole ground floor has a porch and a flat roof on the outside that allows you to experience the outside of the Villa in the hot months.
The first floor is accessed by an imposing staircase that opens into a majestic hall with a ceiling illuminated by a multitude of spotlights that make it very impressive. On the left there is the access to the main bedroom with its bathroom and on the right to two further bedrooms with bathroom.
The tavern was built with great taste and is habitable all year round as it opens onto a porch on the ground floor which is terraced. On a lower level there is the cellar and the garage.
The Dependance, renovated, is developed on two levels with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with cellar and closet.
The complex is a few kilometers from Todi (PG), around 50 kilometers from Spoleto, around 120 from Rome and 70 from Perugia.
