The newly built swimming pool adjacent to the house offers a stunning panoramic view of the Carmignano hills. Surrounded by a wooden floor and equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs, the pool area offers fragrant relaxation from the bushes of rosemary, lavender and flowers that surround it. It is also accessible from various points in the garden. The rectangular bath of dimensions 8 x 4 mt. with constant depth of 1,45 mt. it is accessible by means of a ladder. The purification plant is chlorine and has internal lighting. At guests' disposal there is a cold water shower and the opening of the pool is from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
The entrance to the farmhouse is in a large room with a fireplace. From the hall you enter the equipped kitchen and the dining room. Also on the ground floor there is the service bathroom next to the living room, the laundry room, the living room and a study from which a flight of stairs leads to a service kitchen located on the lower floor with access to the pool and solarium.
Access to the upper floor is via two different flights of stairs. From the hall you go up a staircase in stone beams where the 4 double rooms are all with private bathroom.
