Prestigious villa in Verbania with pool and wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. The architectural composition of the building, with central symmetry, consists of two bodies placed side by side on two levels above ground joined together by a front set back about three meters and flanked by wings at a level above ground. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a kitchen and a study room. On the back there are the entrance, the corridor, the stairwell and a toilet for guests.
The Villa is on two floors above ground in addition to the cellar level. The architectural setting is reminiscent of classic country houses. The volumetric system develops longitudinally with respect to the slope and ends frontally with the rustic volume of the pavilion which constitutes the large living room and the external pergola.
On the south-west side, which is the main one, the building is characterized by the exposed stone base, on which the entrances to the portico at the service of the swimming pool open, built on a terrace that goes towards the bank of the river a few meters lower.
The ground floor has a large living room, a separate dining room, a large kitchen served as a pantry. Next to the entrance there is a study on the back of the staircase, and the guest bathroom has an anteroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: the master bedroom is very large and has a dressing room. At the basement level are the service rooms that overlook a porch overlooking the pool area. On the ground floor, the outdoor spaces of the living room and kitchen are completed by large wooden pergolas. All around the house is paved with slabs of gray beola.
