The building complex, of sqm. 1000 approximately, is divided as follows:
Central body of the building, on two floors:
- Ground floor: large living room of approx. 350 with fireplace, a large kitchen, an important complete bathroom, with anteroom with two sinks, a pantry and an armored security room with a safe;
- First floor (total 350 sq. M.): It is reached via a travertine staircase that starts from the living room, the first room serves as a hallway, and faces, with two French windows, on a loggia with five consecutive arches, it also enters on a large living room and in the bedrooms.
